APP Service Agreement
Preamble
The APP provides services in accordance with the "APP Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), which constitutes a legally binding contract. By registering as a user, you must carefully read and accept or reject this Agreement (minors must review it under the supervision of a legal guardian).
By completing registration, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to enter into this Agreement with the APP, and you voluntarily abide by its terms. The APP reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the APP constitutes acceptance of revised terms. This Agreement includes the main text and all rules published by the APP, which form an integral part hereof.
Article 1: User Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria:
A. Natural persons aged 18 or older with full civil rights and capacity.
B. Minors or persons with limited civil capacity require guardian consent.
C. Legally established entities in China (e.g., institutions, enterprises, social organizations). Unregistered entities are invalid; the APP may terminate services and pursue legal liabilities.
Users must provide valid contact details and real names.
Users must comply with laws, socialist principles, public order, social ethics, and information authenticity.
Article 2: User Rights and Obligations
Rights:
Post demands, bid on tasks, publish information, participate in activities, and access services.
Modify account/password (users bear all liability for password misuse or negligence).
Obligations:
Provide accurate registration details and update changes promptly.
Prohibited account names:
(1) Illegal or harmful to national security/public interests.
(2) Discriminatory, fraudulent, obscene, or infringing others’ rights.
No impersonation, account transfers, or false information.
Ensure posted demands are truthful and comply with laws/intellectual property rights.
Avoid malicious competition (e.g., fake demands, manipulated reviews).
Bear transaction-related fees and taxes.
No unauthorized commercial use of APP content.
Prohibited access methods: bots, spamming, or disrupting services.
Agree to receive APP notifications (e.g., transactions, system updates).
Article 3: APP Rights and Obligations
The APP serves as a platform for users to exchange services; it does not monitor or control transactions.
Ensure platform functionality within technical limits and reply to user inquiries.
Verify user registration; suspend accounts for suspicious activity.
Mediate disputes upon user request and cooperate with legal authorities.
Retain rights to restrict users, disclose violations, freeze funds, or delete non-compliant content.
Article 4: Service Suspension/Termination
The APP may terminate services for breaches (e.g., violations, 180-day inactivity) and retain user data for two years.
Users may request termination, but the APP retains:
Historical data and transaction records.
Rights to address pre-termination violations.
Termination grounds include false registration, non-acceptance of updated terms, or APP discretion.
Article 5: Liability Limitations
The APP disclaims warranties for:
Service fitness, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.
Damages from downloaded materials or third-party links.
No liability for indirect losses (e.g., unauthorized data access, third-party actions).
The APP is not liable for user-generated content or transaction fulfillment.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
All APP content (e.g., software, designs, advertisements) is owned by the APP or licensors. Unauthorized modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Users grant a non-transferable license to use APP software without reverse engineering or redistribution.
Article 7: Privacy
Data Use:
Personal information is not sold/shared without consent.
Third-party data collection is prohibited; violations lead to account termination.
Disclosure Circumstances:
User consent, legal requirements, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or cooperation with partners.
Security:
Users must protect their information and report breaches immediately.
Article 8: Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failures due to unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, hacking, government actions).
Article 9: Confidentiality
Users must keep confidential information (e.g., trade secrets) obtained via the APP undisclosed, unless legally required.
Article 10: Dispute Resolution
Governed by Chinese law.
The APP may mediate disputes and deduct funds for valid claims.
Unresolved disputes shall be arbitrated by the Chongqing Arbitration Commission.
Article 11: Integrated Agreement
This Agreement includes the main text and all APP rules (e.g., "Service Rules," "Bounty Distribution Rules"). Conflicts are resolved in favor of this Agreement.
Article 12: Final Interpretation
The APP reserves the right to interpret this Agreement and its rules.
Article 13: Definitions
User: A fully capable natural person using APP services.
Employer: A user posting demands or purchasing services.
Knowledge Worker: A user bidding on tasks or offering expertise.
